Standard deliverables from project implementation include, equipment site survey, equipment schedule, programme of works, implementation plan, resource plan, cost schedule, risk register, training plan, test plan, communication plan and change control mechanism. All of these are maintained throughout the lifecycle of the project to provide full awareness at all times to all project stakeholders.
Each project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager with a proven track record in project delivery and the ability to liaise with all concerned parties. This Project Manager is not only responsible for the project delivery but also for transitioning the successful project into a suitable account management process.
During the implementation process, our expert trainers and specialists will provide "train the trainer" sessions to key members of your team. The training agenda will be tailored to the function and level of the attendees. Training will be provided to allow your teams to validate the solution and for their ongoing usage of the solution. TDS publishes an in-depth user manual with all TDS Suite implementations.
Ad hoc training for production clients is also available on request to those who require additional services on request.
The TDS support team will provide expert advice and assistance in areas such as system management and preventative maintenance. Next day on-site support is provided ensuring your organisation had access to our Engineer’s expertise and experience when required.
