TDS implemented access control technology throughout the Janssen site which enables monitoring of movement throughout the facility. TDS access facilitates access control rights which allow the pharmaceutical to clearly define areas that require specific access management and limit the risk of accidents. Janssen Pharmaceuticals use TDS badge printing to create ID badges for their employees and contractors which enables them to gain access to different areas, these badges are also used with the time and attendance system provided by TDS. The pharmaceutical sought a solution that would also address safeguarding employees in an emergency scenario which meant that TDS were able to provide the organisation with a safety information panel and emergency head-counting. This supports emergency response teams to see the number of personnel that are on site.
