The updated system functionality and improved features include:
1. Visitor Dashboard Updates
With the updated to the digital visitor management solution, TDS have been constantly seeking to improve our Visitor dashboard with each product upgrade. With the TDS Visitor SE2 upgrade, the visitor dashboard updates including a New Collection Point Drop Zone, Watchlist Updates such as an added approval column and watchlist processes and system settings for specific visits. Also included in the updated visitor dashboard is a new VIP Visitor Category which will be displayed with a star appearing on the VIP Visitor picture in the Guest Dashboard.
An important feature of the Visitor Dashboard Update is a Visitor vetting setting. Due to certain restrictions in workplaces with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, a pending Visitor vetting will forbid guest pickup from RFID badge on the kiosk with the betting status appears on the vetting portlet and dashboard. Also, with TDS Visitor SE2, we have enabled an improvement request for implementing and NDA per workflow to the visitor management solution. Finally, based on a client request, TDS have created several workflows for enterprise buildings where the host of an upcoming visitor now has the ability to accept or decline a meeting request. cx
2. Quick Register Updates
With the TDS Visitor SE2 upgrade, TDS has completely updated our Quick Register System. These updates to the Quick Register include a New Branded Theme, Functionality to Check-In or Cancel Visitors, Automated Emil Population, New Default Register Field, and Maximum Restrictions on Visitors Events and Permissions.
3. Check-In Kiosks Updates
The updates to the TDS Visitor Check-In Kiosks include a number of upgrades to improve the overall user experience which is important when maintaining the workflow and up-to-date usability of our product. These updates to the Check-In Kiosks include:
Host Search per Location
New kiosk setting to filter and sort host search results on kiosk per location.
Set Default Host
Default host can now be set per Collection Point and Workflow. This will hide the host selection for visitor walk-in on a kiosk and will assign the default host to the new visit.
Invite to Walk-In
New kiosk setting "Send Invite to Walk-In" sends an invite on check-in for walk-in visitors. This requires the email address to be added to the check-in workflow.
E-Ink Badge Printing
Allows the use of e-ink badge to 'print' Visitor labels from the kiosk.
New Alternative Kiosk Model
With the launch of SE2, TDS has introduced an alternative kiosk model that can be mounted on a counter or reception/front-of-house deck.
Slick in design, the latest TDS Visitor kiosk provides users with a built-in printer, barcode scanner and card reader.
4. Visitor App Updates
Configuration Fields
Config fields added to the visitor web app which can be configured per collection from QR settings to; display/hide, make mandatory/optional etc.
Visitor Type/Configuration/CSV Upload
Selection in a visitor web app can now be excluded for specific visitor types (from database)
New selection CSV upload:
• Allow visitor leader to upload a CSV with their guests to add to the visit
• Can be configured to only be visible for a specific visit type
• Check against mandatory fields can be skipped for the CSV upload
