TDS has now implemented 3 main pandemic-proof features including:

1. Pre-Screening Personnel

2. Contactless Check-In Experiences

3. Custom Alert Notifications

 

1. Pre-Screening Personnel Prior to Entry

TDS' Pre-screening functionality allows for companies to pre-screen guests prior to their arrival, minimising the risk of infection reaching your facility. 

This pre-screening functionality allows hosts to send a list of questions to visitors, which they are required to answer prior to accepting their visit.

Sample questions:

  • Have you had contact with anyone with Covid-19 in the last 14 days?
  • Have you had a cough, fever or difficulty breathing in the last 14 days?
  • Have you been outside of the country in the last 14 days?

Hosts and relevant staff will be notified via the visitor dashboard when a pre-screening questionnaire has been completed. Once answers have been submitted, hosts can either "Accept" or "Decline" visitors depending on their answers, and immediately update on their answers, and immediately update them in real-time via a push notification.

2. Custom Alert Notifications

TDS have developed a fully-contactless check-in process, which combines the standard TDS Kiosk, a mobile check-in platform and geolocation technology. Limiting human contact is a sure way to slow down the spread of Covid-19, therefore creating a contactless experience across all industries is the way forward

Users can avail of contactless check-in scanning the QR code located on the kiosk in the lobby on their arrival. This will then prompt them to complete the check-in process on their device. 

Custom Alerts allows companies to tie threshold alerts to any conditions that meet requirements, with relevant personnel being notified when visitors fail the pre-screening process. Alerts can be programmed around any data captured by the system. 

How do custom alert notifications work?

Each visitor will be asked prior to their visit or on arrival if;

They have travelled to or from any infected country 

They have been in contact with any person who has tested positive for COVID-19

They have shown any of the listed symptoms of COVID-19

If a visitor selects "Yes" to any of these questions throughout the process, an automatic alert will notify the relevant security or manager. Then, either the visit will be cancelled, postponed or the person will be asked to leave the premises for the safety of the company. 

 

3. Contactless Check-In Experience

In order to minimise risk and limit touching surfaces, for fully contactless check-in process combines the standard TDS Kiosk, a mobile platform and geolocation technology. Users can avail of contactless check-in by scanning the QR code located on the kiosk in the lobby on their arrival.

TDS Visitor for All Personnel, Not Just Visitors

As countries and companies will begin to return to work throughout the next few months, TDS Visitor check-in kiosks will now be fully adaptable to take account of all members of personnel entering and exiting your site if required, including employees, contractors, guests, etc, and not just visitors. When entering and exiting the site, each person will be screened with a number of questions relating to their health and movement over the previous weeks.
