Also, Accenture was a company TDS worked with this year that held one of the largest employee counts seen by TDS with over 550,000 employees. They have utilised TDS Visitor to safely open back up their offices, requiring TDS' global platform to support visitors along with a system that aligned sufficiently with their technology-focused brand. A key requirement for Accenture was a variety of back-to-office features which TDS had been updating regularly. Due to the nature of their business and the high volume of employees, TDS was equipped to support all requirements.
Updated Voting Procedures in the Houses of Parliament with TDS
TDS made history in 2020 as we were responsible for implementing the first-ever digital voting system process within the Houses of Parliament due to the pandemic's social restrictions. In a time of uncertainty, the Houses of Parliament turned to TDS for a solution that could help them in this unprecedented in world history.
The Houses of Parliament had never held a digital vote before TDS provided their Swipe Card solution to replace a physical vote which would have been a breach of COVID-19 social distancing restrictions. TDS helped initiate and successfully execute the first-ever digital voting procedure to take place in the Houses of Parliament ensuring that the Swipe Card process was no different from a regular voting process, pre-pandemic.
